The Lebanon Response Plan 2026 (LRP) is an integrated humanitarian and stabilization response plan co-led by the Government of Lebanon and the United Nations, supported by international and national partners. The 2026 LRP brings together 155 partner organizations to assist 1.5 million crisis-affected people living in Lebanon. $1.62 billion is required to meet urgent needs and provide assistance to 684,670 vulnerable Lebanese, 655,671 displaced Syrians, 95,024 Palestine refugees in Lebanon and 11,766 Palestinian refugees from Syria and 70,613 Migrants. The donor community has provided steadfast support through more than $14 billion of humanitarian and stabilization funding to Lebanon since 2015. The assistance is made possible by donor contributions and is implemented by humanitarian, government, and development partners under the LRP. The temporary nature of the LRP serves to reinforce the essential collaborative action that is required outside of the confines of a humanitarian and stabilization response plan to secure lasting solutions for a better future for people across the country.
